Booksellers love books

Over a few days, I visited all kinds of bookshops in our area. Small independents where owners seemed to know every shopper who came in, large retailers where an enthusiastic sales team cooed over the book's cover and the thought of biscuits at their break, and my favourite - a cosy town centre bookshop that was so supportive of local authors they even have their own section. It was here that I stayed for a hot chocolate and actually did some book shopping of my own. I can't wait to go back for an event in the new year.
